Dark Hour Pictures was set up in 2008 by Stefan Smith as a platform to produce a sustainable series of low budget straight to DVD British movies. When we say "low budget" we're only talking about costs and the nature in which we shoot. Top priority is always given to the high production values of the finished movies. Keeping quality high and costs low should ensure a healthy return for our funders and the continued growth of the production company.
